Grateful Mind ("us", "we", or "our") operates https://gratefulmind.app and the Grateful Mind mobile application.

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to https://gratefulmind.app and the Grateful Mind mobile application, and explains how we collect, protect and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

APP means the Grateful Mind mobile application.

11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

  1. users can visit our site anonymously;
  2. our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the page specified above on the home page of our website;
  3. users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;
  4. users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at [email protected].

In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information. If you choose to delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions that require your personal information to operate.

13. Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Hosting and content delivery networks (CDN) External hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider.

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its service obligations and follow our instructions regarding this data.

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (“Children”).
